Every business that sells to people runs on the same five parts: what you sell, who it's for, how they find you, how they decide, and how you do it again without starting from scratch. Every task on your list either supports one of those five or it doesn't belong on your calendar. That's why this workbook opens with fifteen questions instead of a lecture — you don't need all five fixed. You need the one that's stuck.
The calendar is full and the revenue isn't moving. Usually that's four points working and one starving.
Tactics without a structure to hang them on. You end up with folders of good ideas and no working system.
Take a week off and it stalls. The last point of the method exists to take you out of the parts that don't need you.
What You Get
The 33-page workbook is the main event. The AI Layer is its companion. Here's the whole thing, listed out, so you know exactly what shows up in your inbox.
Fifteen statements, three for each of the five parts, scored one to five. About six minutes. A results page reads your score back and tells you which part is actually holding you up. Most people are surprised by which one it is.
Your offer statement, ideal client avatar, success path map, billboard rewrite, story bank, a five-email nurture sequence, a discovery call structure with timing, a seven-touch follow-up, testimonial questions, and a one-page SOP. With real space to write.
HVAC, med spa, bookkeeping, family law, boutique fitness, commercial cleaning, wedding photography, managed IT, physical therapy, general contracting, executive coaching, veterinary, staffing, professional organizing, insurance. So nobody has to translate.
One in every point, in plain language, in the right order — what to put on a trigger and, more importantly, what to leave alone until it works by hand. Automating a broken process just makes it break faster.
Four weeks, written for someone whose calendar is already full — roughly three hours a week. Plus a shorter version for the weeks when you've got one hour and that's the truth.
A single page you print and run every Monday in ten minutes. It's the whole method compressed into one weekly habit, and it's what keeps you from drifting back into busy by week three.
Also inside: a checkpoint at the end of every point so you know whether you're actually done, a commitment page with a date on it, and the honest list of the mistakes almost everyone makes at each stage. No upsell buried in the middle.
Included, At No Cost
Eighteen more pages, and twenty-two copy-paste prompts that turn what you wrote in the workbook into finished assets — your nurture emails, a month of content, your first SOP, your follow-up sequence. Every prompt takes your own answers as its input, so what comes out sounds like you instead of like everyone else.
It also tells you plainly what a prompt can't do for you. That page is the reason people trust the rest of it.
Both documents, one form, no cost.
The Five Points
Here are the five, in the order a client moves through them. Each one gets four to five pages in the workbook: why it matters, what to do, exercises, templates with worked examples, what to automate, and the mistake almost everyone makes there.
Get clear on what you sell and the deep need underneath what people ask you for.
Close your first client
Know your buyer well enough to write one sentence they recognize themselves in.
Build awareness, nurture the next one
Meet the right people where they already are, and start real conversations.
Build and fill your funnel
Take them through the journey, make the ask, and build proof as you go.
Clients moving through your program
Put what works on repeat and take yourself out of the parts that don't need you.
Increase revenue
Everything you do supports one of these five. If it doesn't require you, delegate it, automate it, or outsource it.
You're already building something real and the tools are scattered across six places.
You run a service business where everything routes through you.
You're working in twenty-minute pieces around a job, a family, or both.
You'd rather have a structure to put things in than another list of tactics.
You want something to read rather than something to work through.
You're looking for a quick tactic rather than a way to organize the whole thing.
You already have a system that runs without you and you're happy with it.
You want someone to do it for you and skip the thinking. That's a different conversation, and it's fine to start there.
Who Wrote It
In 2018 I was managing four corporate departments. My father was ill. I built WarKry on two fifteen-minute breaks and a lunch hour, because waiting for a better season was never going to happen.
Before that I spent over $20,000 on programs that didn't work. Courses that taught tactics and never handed me a system. That's exactly why this is a workbook and not a lecture — and why the first thing in it is a diagnostic instead of a pitch.
I called it Serve to Scale. I built it for myself and have been running clients through it ever since. It works in twenty-minute pieces, which is the whole reason it survived.
Answer the fifteen questions, find the part that's holding you up, and work on that one. The other four will hold steady while you do.
33 pages. No cost. Nothing to cancel.
