GETTING TO YOU TEN DAY CHALLENGE
In this ten day challenge you will take about one hour to focus on YOUR life. This is a high impact intensive that’s short but will leave you wanting to shift your life forever.
Karena: Why do you have ‘events’ with timelines and that require personal involvement.
Because this is not cookie cutter and it’s definitely not microwave…I refuse to give to the information junkie.
You have to put in 120% in order to meet the 100 and cover the deficit that you’ve been living with most of your adult life and in some of cases from your childhood. So that adds another 20% and before you know it you’re adding in significant challenges in our lives we are at 150% requirement.
We MUST do more to get where we need to be. I’m willing to walk the journey with you but doggon it I’m not carrying you.
How you can move out of wondering, doubting and being stuck in limbo and not doing what you were destined to do.
- Walk ten minutes
- Read ten minutes
- Drink one gallon water
- Mediate quietly for ten minutes
- Remove one food item from your diet
- Write 30 additional goals to your digital vision board
- Listen to a motivational message that’s dropped in the group
- At the end of the day drop under the prompt if you met the daily goal. If you didn’t…do NOT beat yourself up. Start over the next day.
