These Terms of Service govern your use of warkry.com and any related sites, funnels, forms, courses, memberships, digital products, and services operated by WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC ("WarKry," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our sites or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

1. Who we are

WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We build business systems and revenue infrastructure, and we sell digital products, courses, consulting, and implementation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us or use our services. By purchasing, you confirm you meet those requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. What we sell

Our offerings include:

Digital products — guides, workbooks, templates, and downloadable files delivered by email or through an online course area.
Courses and memberships — access to hosted lessons and materials for the period stated at purchase.
Consulting and implementation — strategy sessions and build services delivered under a separate written scope or agreement.

Where a separate written agreement covers a service, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

4. Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors, and by purchasing you also agree to their terms. We don't store your full payment card details.

For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the stated schedule until you cancel. Cancellation terms for recurring services are set out in your service agreement.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product or service, for any reason, including digital products, courses, memberships, deposits, and services already scheduled or delivered.

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Please read the product description, including any section describing who a product is not for, before you purchase. If you're unsure whether something fits your situation, email us before buying and we'll tell you honestly.

6. License and intellectual property

All content we produce — including guides, templates, frameworks, course materials, written methods, graphics, and copy — is owned by WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may print it, fill it in, and use its outputs in your own business.

You may not resell, redistribute, share logins, publish, sublicense, or repackage our materials, and you may not use them to build or deliver a competing product, course, or template. You may not remove our branding or attribution.

We may revoke access for any account we reasonably believe is sharing or redistributing our materials.

7. Account and access

If your purchase includes course or membership access, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is for one person and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

8. Email and text message communications

When you give us your email address, you agree we may send you messages about your purchase, your account, and our products and services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We'll still send transactional messages related to purchases you've made.

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated messages from us at the number you provide. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Appointments and sessions

If you book a call or session with us, please arrive on time and prepared. You may reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation. Sessions that you miss without notice may be treated as delivered, and any amount paid for them remains subject to Section 5.

10. Results disclaimer

Our products and services provide information, structure, and implementation support. They are not a promise of any particular business result, revenue figure, or outcome.

Any example, case study, worked example, or figure shown in our materials is illustrative and may be a composite or hypothetical. It does not represent typical results, and it is not a projection of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your effort, and your execution. We make no guarantee of income or business performance of any kind.

11. No professional advice

We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisors, or financial advisors, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

12. Use of AI-assisted tools

AI-assisted tools may be used in production; all deliverables are reviewed and owned by the client. Some of our products also instruct you to use third-party AI tools. Those tools are operated by their providers under their own terms, we don't control their outputs, and you're responsible for reviewing anything they produce before you rely on it.

13. Third-party services and links

Our sites and products reference or integrate third-party platforms, including payment processors, our CRM and automation platform, scheduling tools, and video conferencing. We're not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our sites, products, or services to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access.

You also agree not to harass or abuse our team. We may end an engagement, and refuse future service, on that basis.

15. Availability

We aim to keep our sites and course areas available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature. If we permanently retire a product you have access to, we'll give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to download your materials.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Our sites, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our sites, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our sites, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our sites, products, or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our sites or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

21. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement between us, are the entire agreement between you and WarKry regarding your use of our sites and services.
